We also collect your communication preferences, including whether you consent to receive appointment reminder text messages.

If you opt in to our text message program by checking the consent box on our intake form, we will use your cell phone number to send you appointment reminder messages. These messages may include the date, time, and provider name for your upcoming appointments.
Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
Your phone number and messaging consent information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use a third-party messaging service (Vonage) solely to deliver appointment reminder messages on our behalf.
