What's Chiropractic?
Chiropractic is a non-surgical, drug-free philosophy of health care. Chiropractors must hold a "Doctor of Chiropractic" (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college, and be licensed by the state in which they practice. Chiropractors are primary care physicians, trained in orthopedic and neurological examination, x-ray, nutrition, and many other important areas. Currently, there are over 70,000 chiropractors practicing in the United States alone, making chiropractic the largest drugless healing art in the world.

ABOUT
Appointment Policy
Appointments required. We make every attempt to ensure that you are seen at your appointment time without having to wait for treatment. However, unforeseen circumstances and emergencies do on occasion exist. The doctors are obligated to treat each patient according to their individual needs. We ask your patience in waiting as the doctors will offer the same courtesies to you.
ABOUT
Existing Patients with New Injury/Condition
If you are already a patient at MMCC, but have a new injury or complaint, notify the receptionist so we may schedule extra time for you. New injuries or complaints require extra time to perform necessary case history, examination, x-rays and treatment. To disregard this policy puts the doctors behind schedule. Let us know in advance and we will schedule accordingly.
ABOUT
Missed Appointment Policy
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please call the front desk at 989-224-8688. You may cancel or re-schedule your appointment without penalty up to one hour to the appointed time. It is not our normal policy to bill for missed appointments, however, too many "no-shows" and you will be billed for an office visit. Your insurance will not pay for missed appointments, making you personally responsible for the fee.
